At Charles Blades Barber Spa we understand that sometimes canceling or rescheduling appointments is necessary. Our policies below are established to ensure that we serve our clients with the highest quality of customer service and provide an overall great experience.

Cancellations


We require a 24-hour advance notice for canceling any appointments. This can ensure that other clients have the opportunity to book for that time. Cancellations or modifications made within this 24-hour window are subject to payment of the original service scheduled. Of course we will be lenient with this as best as possible. Just show up for your haircut on time!


Our Booking platform is being upgraded. September 1, 2022, we will be partnering with Squire for your appointment scheduling needs.  Enjoy the upgrades.

no shows


If you are a no show for your scheduled appointment, and have not previously cancelled online or had contact with the barber or shop, via contact form or by email this will result in you having to pay full price for the missed service. Please note that our phone/outgoing voicemail is for informational purposes only, please do not leave a voice message.

late arrivals


Arriving on time for your scheduled appointment is highly appreciated and will ensure that you have a comfortable complete service. To ensure that we provide you with excellent service we allot the necessary time needed to complete your desired service. Unfortunately, we cannot adequately complete any service if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. We reserve the right to respectfully decline service to a client who is late for their scheduled appointment.
